Phinova: It’s been quite a ride! I’ve always been passionate about music, and DJing was a natural progression for me. I started out just mixing tracks for fun, playing at small local gigs, and experimenting with different sounds. Over time, I began to develop my own style, and things just took off from there. It’s been an amazing journey so far, and I’m excited to see where it goes next.
Fashion Daily: You’ve got a unique sense of style, both musically and fashion-wise. How does fashion influence your work as a DJ?
Phinova: Fashion and music are so closely linked for me. What you wear can set the tone for a performance, just like the music you play. I love experimenting with my look—it’s another way to express myself and connect with the audience. Whether I’m on stage or just out and about, I think of fashion as an extension of my personality. It’s all about confidence and being true to who you are.
Fashion Daily: Speaking of your stage presence, how do you prepare for a big performance? Any rituals or routines you stick to?
Phinova: Before a big show, I like to get in the zone by listening to some of my favorite tracks. It helps me focus and get hyped up. I also make sure to have a killer outfit ready—it sounds funny, but when you feel good in what you’re wearing, it gives you that extra boost of confidence on stage. Other than that, I just try to stay relaxed and enjoy the moment.
Fashion Daily: You’ve collaborated with some big names in the industry. How do you approach working with other artists?
Phinova: Collaboration is one of my favorite parts of being a DJ. It’s all about blending styles and creating something new together. When I work with other artists, I like to keep an open mind and see where the music takes us. Everyone has their own strengths, and the best collaborations happen when you respect that and let the creativity flow naturally. Can’t continue without mentioning greats DJ I collaborate with in Poland like DJ Amigo and my mentor Brais Larkin.
Fashion Daily: Your rise in the DJ world has been impressive. What do you think sets you apart from others?
Phinova: I think it’s my willingness to take risks. I’m always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what people expect, both musically and in terms of performance. I don’t like to play it safe—I want to surprise people, make them think, and most importantly, make them feel something. That, combined with my love for fashion and visual art, creates an experience that’s more than just music.
Fashion Daily: As someone who’s passionate about both music and fashion, where do you see yourself in the next few years? Any big plans?
Phinova: I’m definitely looking to expand my horizons. I’d love to collaborate with fashion brands or even launch my own line someday. I’m also working on some new music projects that I’m really excited about. The goal is to keep evolving, both as an artist and as a person, and to keep sharing that journey with my fans.
